The Board of Directors manage the affairs and business of the organization.Membership in this organization is open to all having interest in taking an active role in developing Issaquah Youth Sports while maintaining the code of ethics and sportsmanship as established in GEJFA By Laws.

Regular Meetings of the Board of Directors and Organizing Members are held at the discretion of the President, or a meeting can be called by 2/3 of the Board of Directors. The organization secretary will provide notice to organizing members of date, place and time of meetings. These meetings can discuss and review any and all issues relating to the organization.  All officers will be elected from the Board of Directors.
